The Courts

Cooper took his case to two courts over a 15-year period. The Case is written in a legal brief format that was presented to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The book focuses on the technical aspects of the case because the reader needs to understand that in order for a small business to win in a court of law it is the evidence and regulations that’s important along with the facts. The reader also need to know and be prepared to witness and listen to how our legal system is the first line of defense the government uses to protect the fraudulent contract program that impact small businesses.

The Case is a book that will inform small business owners and entrepreneurs planning to launch a business of their own just how easy it is for the federal government to destroy a small firm. The Case is an eye-opening book that will shock small business owners and educate anyone concerned about government fraud in contracting offices.

“…the court ruled that although evidence showed the companies were indeed not small businesses, fraud had not been committed because the I.N.S. knew their true status when the work was awarded to the companies – J. Walter Thompson, the Bernard Hodes Group and Cass Communications.”The New York Times
